  HORRIBLE- stay away!!!! Avoid at all costs, unless you want to be told that they don’t have your rental only a few hours before you are ready to leave for your trip... regardless of whether or not you already paid in full and called to confirm two days before(we did). If I could give zero stars I would. My family and I rented the ford transit along with my sister and brother in law so that we can go down to Florida for my grandfather’s 98th birthday. We thought it would be so much fun for our children to drive down with their cousins and made the reservation months in advance. The kids were so excited! We paid in full. My brother in law called a few days before we were scheduled to pick up the van to confirm everything. He was told we were good to go. Today- a few hours before we were scheduled to leave they called to tell us they no longer have the van for us. They gave it away. How a company can do this is beyond me. The only alternative they presented was renting us two cars, which defeated the purpose of our family trip. Needless to say our five young children were devastated and we are furious. Spread the word! Avoid at all costs.
  
  I see budget responded... I’m not going to call your number again. I spent 2 hours on the phone being transferred from person to person. None of you were capable of helping(or willing?). Don’t just send me a phone number pretending like you care to help for appearances sake... calling that number will result in absolutely nothing. You’ve wasted enough of my time
